New CD released: Robin de Raaff’s Piano Concerto Nr. 2, ‘Circulus’

This month has seen the release of a new recording released by Challenge Records, with Ralph’s performance of D utch composer Robin de Raaff’s second Piano Concerto. It was performed under the baton of Matthias Pintscher, with the Dutch Radio Philharmonic Orchestra. Music critic Maarten Brandt from Opus Klassiek has already reviewed the CD in a superlative way, calling it a ‘top production’. The CD also contains a recording of De Raaff’s orchestral work ‘Orphic Descent’ and violin concerto Nr. 2, ‘North Atlantic Light’, played by the outstanding violinist Tosca Opdam.
